FAQ & Returns
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order. Most products are fulfilled in 2–5 business days, then shipped.
USA: 3–7 business days transit
Canada/Europe: 5–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.
Why does it take longer than Amazon?
Because Truth is God is not mass-produced. Every piece is made just for you the moment you order — ethically, on-demand. That means less waste and more intention behind every item.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since every product is made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We value every single client, so if something is not to your satisfaction, message us through the contact form, and we will do our best to accommodate a solution.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because all items are printed on demand, we can’t accept size-based returns. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make changes, email us within 12 hours and we’ll try our best—but we can’t guarantee modifications after production starts.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is protected by Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment system, ensuring your payment and personal data are encrypted and secure.
How can I contact you?
